How to floss ?
Floss atleast once a day as shown below, to remove plaque between the teeth and gums.
  • Take approx. 45 cms of floss and wrap it around your middle fingers. With your thumbs and index fingers, secure it well
   
  • Insert the floss between your teeth. Gently pull and push by pressing it against each side of the tooth.
   
  • Work the floss to fro and up & down concentrating below the gum line.
   
  • Use a floss threader to get the floss under the bridge or wires, if you are wearing one.
